Well to be honest it wasn't acturally about 'Creating' a website.. it was about 'Designing' one :P - i would show creating a website but people don't usally wanna see a bunch of HTML and PHP coding so i stick with this :P

Sorry... I am a newbie, but this didn't help me at all... all you did was create some graphics and move them around a lot, and throw half of them out. Nothing about creating a website. Maybe it impressed somebody...

It looks like Photoshop or Gimp... GIMP is free, Photoshops costs many a penny.
